that's not a 550 can...that's a 775 or a 770.

Crazy as it may be you'll find some guys running the set-up i said and they wonder why the motor's wont last too long. [sm=lol.gif]

7amps is on the lower side for sure.....what box are you...

most of the 550 can's can take up to 18V....but dump 120+Apms into them and they will Fry.

you Can damage the box motor's...but not with a single 4S set-up...you need Dual stick packs with Really High C rating's to pop the box motor's....the fact its double the Amperage is where the...

Lipo's are Just as cheap as Gel cell's now a days so its a pretty simple decision if you want to run lipo.....the Advantages FAR out weight the disadvantages.
