I learned to fly my Raptor Titan from the simulator.
I had it trimmed out by an experienced pilot and I flew a helicopter for the first time that day. No training sticks, no training stands.

Now THAT is the proper way to make a heli trainer!
Except instead of having that 'screen door spring shock' for tension, you could make an adjustable spring and mount so different weight helis...
