If I was making a racer, I would want my Micro-T to be light, and that means as little aluminum parts as possible. Lipo, Atomic BB, bearings, a heatsink, lighter chassis, and a good set of tires...

The wires shouldn't be a problem. Move them so they don't get in the way-The body protects the truck more than it could damage it.

Your stock pack could be shot. It's really no big deal cause you can just buy the Losi Li-po. You probably left the pack connected to your esc w/out turning it off.
