Not too much news - bolted on both servos, securing them to both the upper and lower layers. Like this, the chassis is much more rigid.

Yep, the diffs seemed to last on my other large scale with smaller engine, and survived on this one for a while. Perhaps it's because I don't pull burnouts that often...I'll have to test them out...

I did about an hour or two of work this weekend bolting the driveshaft to both upper and lower levels. Also did some mock placement of the throttle and steering servos:
