Tighten it down all the way and then loosen it 1/4 of a turn. You do not want it locked down, as that will cause premature wear and/or damage to your drive train in the long run.

Dab some blue thread lock on ALL metal/metal screws. If you use any type of electric driver, then make sure not to over torque and/or strip the screws. Put a few drops of after-run oil in the motor...
