My latches were the same as kdunlap. Took quite some time to get them adjusted. Also, when I attached the T-can it was set at -2 deg. Not .2 but - 2.

I think I will go with the recommended Hacker A50-16L and run it on 2x4000 4cell's. I read through and researched other sites and everyone is happy with the recommended motor.
