I use a socket wrench from Saito. It's used on the FG-30. It's a small socket with a hole at the top for a rod to go thru. Works Great. May be able to order from Horizon Hobby

My other thought would be when flying when I cycle the gear would there be enough drop in pressure that the wings would fold in flight, that would not be good.
