Those glow plug connectors look quite large and wonder if the 7-77 with the CDI mods will still fit inside the cowl? The glow connectors (Mc Daniels) on my unmodified 7-77 are very close to the cowl....

Great job. Are you using the Robart actuator? Your cycle speed is about 4 or 5 times faster than my setup which is using the Robart actuator.

I'm using the Robart electric tail gear and actuator and the plastic housing has about a 1/32" gap. After several cycles, the gap has remained the same so I think it will be OK?
