I may be willing to get rid of mine. It's the real CMP version. Got it from AK models a while ago... New in box. Only thing I have done is remove the covering from the wings, stabs and control...

About the LiPo transmitter batteries. I just got a Dualsky TX battery from Vampower http://www.vampowerpro.com for my transmitter. I had a NIMH 2500 mah battery that gave me long transmitter...

Sturtz, just so no one is confused, the CMP plane has a fully sheeted foam core wing as well.

Original CMP version at AK Models in Iowa. The shipping on mine to FL was only 19 via Fed Ex. It looks like he has 5 in stock. Good luck.

I agree with liking the look of the D9 spinner as well. Size wise, it's about one inch bigger in diameter, I think. You'd be hard pressed to find someone to call you out on the difference between...

Well, I got my FW this Friday. Got it from Alex at AK Models. Shipping was only $19.00 and it arrived via FEDEX in perfect condition. I was tempted to go with the on sale version from Nitro...

Hmmmm... Did they @ Century point you in the direction that you took or did you just decide to go with those? Did they pretty much just drop right in or was it a major undertaking to install them? ...

Are these the retracts that I could be using? I found them on Tower... They are for a 1/6 pica kit. This FW 190 is 1/6 size also, correct?
