personally i would go with one of these if you want to upgrade steering:

GPM steering

the collars are made out of Delrin, a brand of polyoxymethylene. i just did a report on that stuff for...

yeah that would work, as long as your track doesn't have a problem with it (which they shouldn't). its just a bit heavy to race against other 2wds i think.

i think the problem is that the truck doesn't really fit into most tracks' race classes. personally im gonna have to run mine in the nooby class, which is fine with me...

anybody have experience with hpi vs. gpm aluminum threaded shocks? the gpm's are a lot cheaper so im wondering if the hpi's are better.

just ordered some gpm aluminum. getting the steering knuckles in silver and the c-hubs in purple. hoping that looks good, not to mention strengthens up my front end.

wow, their stuff definitely looks to be of higher quality than new era's parts. but what's with them not having prices on their website? you run any other aluminum? and do you race?

oh wow, thanks for that. i think ill steer clear of those then. that's really disappointing, i was hoping that new era's parts where much higher quality. it all looks so good and well priced online....
