I will be flying it for the fisrt time tomarrow (11-23-03) at 1:00pm. I just broke in the TT120 and it has huge power with a 15X8.

epc,
The muffler for this engine is a monster. You have to mount the engine at a 45 degree angle and extend the muffler out the bottom with a du-bro extention. Or you can put a pitts style on it....

I got my geebee from tower hobbies scratch n dent. It has some cracks in the fuse behind the cockpit and the cowl is chipped. The parts for this plane are very resonable. (I only paid 180.00 for it)...

I am at the point of installing the needle adjustment. I am thinking of extending it with cable to the opening in the cowl next to the fusalage. Does anybody have suggestions?

Hi, I have a magnum 61 in mine and the CG is at 83mm from lead edge. It tends to snap over when i try to pull up to quickly. Is the CG too far forward or aft? Is the magnum too heavy for this plane?

I just test flew mine last week. It has a OS 91fx with a 13x8 prop.
Very good verticle performance and very stable. Excellant first 3d plane. You can't beat the price! :)

Just ordered one from Quantum models and the shipping was free. Thats 174.00 and free shipping for a 540 arf. You can't go wrong. I am going to spend a little extra time on the plane before I fly it....
