the heli can turn left and right because each rotor has its own motor. so, when you're not turning, both motors that control both rotors are running at the same RPM. but, if you want it to turn...

leaving the heli plugged in all night shouldnt hurt it. the charger will stop charging once it has hit the peak voltage, so no worries there. it sounds like one of your gears is slipping...

if its a new 345cell you're wanting to charge, you'll just have to unsolder then battery leads off the PCB, then solder some new ones onto the new battery, then solder the new leads from...
