Bax, Thanks for responding. When I was setting the failsafe, I was not depressing the F/S button on the receiver long enough. After several tries I did it properly and F/S now works fine.

Bax, Thanks for responding. I received another response which suggested that the system had to be re-bound with the throttle set at LOW. I tried it an the problem is solved.

Fellow pilots FYI, In case this ever happens to you. The problem was solved when I went into the Parameters menu of the 9C for the model I was trying to use and I "Reset" it.
