This is just a guess but most often when you have that problem the mixture is too lean. On the ground after you get the perfect setting, move it rich just a very small amount. Maybe this will help,...

Peak 7,100
Rough Idle 2,100
Smooth Idle 2,350

I know the peak is low and...
