Unfortunately the side pictures are not good....

I thought I could see some cinch fastening system..like most of the engines, but I can't see it well...

Time to soak and bring it into...

The needle valve is not angled...it is just that the complete venturi is turned a little bit... looks like the venturi should be screwed??
