Nose weight is what I"m trying to get away from. I have had 2 50cc spits in which I had to have 4 to 5 pounds of nose weight. I think the 50cc will help with the weight issue if I can fit it in...

The o-rings are most likely shot anyway. Cook it all and you should be able to remove them then.Take the needles out and replace the o-rings. Good as new.

Glad to help. Been doing that since the 70s on motorcycle carbs. Just about anything aluminum that has had fuel. And no, It won"t remove carbon but it will loosen it up to scrub off easier.

The OP stated it is a glow engine. I have been a tool maker a long time, I know how to remove broken bolts. I"m just trying to give another option on cleaning the engine without pulling it all apart.

Remove the carb and glow plug.Put engine in a pan of antifreeze .Deep enough to emerge entire engine and heat to almost a boil for awhile.It will loosen all up and look like brand new.

Talked with Todd on monday.Still no version 2 engines but he had put together a few version 1s. Recieved one today and installed on my AJ slick. I will try to post some pics this weekend.

I my opinion, demand grew faster than supply and Todd was overwelmd by it and not sure what to do. Some folks just shut down when this happens and some work through it. I think when ones works...

Im at 5 inches from the leading edge at the fuse. when rolled inverted, it took very little down input to stay level. Thats right where I like it.
