reduce the diameter some as Mopar suggested. Also, you are going to want to work that prop, they are not intended to be run out of the bag. They all need a fair amount of work for them to perform...

Earth Surfer, yeah its "optimum", they are made in Germany. Very nice quality stuff, not cheap, but typical German precision. I have the matching lathe also. They do make a CNC kit for both the mill...

Barry, set the balance point at 32% from the back of the ride pad, that should be VERY close to where it will need to be.
