John, Yes, numbers and circle are freehand. I did it first on my computer and then traced, or I should say, tried to trace them to the Monokote. I'm okay with straight lines cause I'll use a ruler...

I like the sound of your idea, very clever! I could even put a small Monokote patch to cover the nail head if it looked bad. Hopefully mine will come out balanced perfectly like Theo's...
