That would be wise. I'd use the Hitec 475HBs for everything except the rudder and a 635HB for the rudder. These are excellent servos for a very reasonable price.

The engine you are using will be a factor. If you are planning on a 1.08 or 1.20 (or larger), you will be putting a lot of stress on the those big elevators and rudder.
