Checkerboard covering?

Is there a company that makes a covering that is checkerboard? I was told you can weave covering, but that sounds quite time consuming. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

ARF or Kit?

What do you like better, ARF's or Kits? I have done several ARF's, but find more enjoyment in a kit. I like the speed of an ARF, but they do not have alot of personality.
