Sorry for the late reply... that is a Knife Edge spin.... at one time called a "Hanno Screw"

That is really the only thing a Super Extra will do fast!!! lol

every plane I have ever 3D'd was easier to harrier and hover tail heavy.... more tail heavy was easier... but also krappier for every other flight regime.....

It is OK to go tail heavy to ease...

Easiest way to enter a low hover is from a simple harrier.

It is not unusual for planes to flat spin with different inputs.
A typical flat spin entry is from a normal spin, high rates, once the spin is
established, neutralize ailerons and add power......

Here is another short video with many of the common 3D trix... note the engine modulation...
Just enuff throttle to get the job done....
Note the TR's... once she is in the sweet spot.. very...

I would suggest you work on several 3D maneuvers... spend part of each flight spending a little time on each..
First.. practice regular upright and inverted harriers... try not to get better at one...
