hackdroot, you can salvage that swash with some Loctite sleeve retainer. It's green and comes in some heli kits, but you can find it in any good auto parts store. Just use a tiny bit applied inside...

These parts I left off weigh around 5 grams. The heaviest piece is the metal pin to mount the fake rear rotor, so I think it made a big difference.
