In the real world the numbers don't mean much.
There are too many other real world factors to
figure in. Just take your time to make sure the
engine has been ran-in and tuned properly.

We always use a leather punch to put two or four
holes in our new off-road tires before we mount
them to keep the water problem from happening.
You should do this if you buy pre-mounts also.
