I agree the manuals are lacking but the bottom line is experience. That takes work and effort.....and time. The engines seem simple but there's a lot to running them right and properly setting them...

Yeah in DLE's case and many other brand engines, it's more the pilots than the engines that determine the long term reliability. Some people's engine only lasts a minute if they crash hard enough.

I have a DL-50 on season three. It's as strong as it was new. DLE-55 season two. My favorite engines of all the ones out there.
