Check out post #870. The lead dowels are hysoled into the cowl up front where there're supposed to be. Great stuff.

Alfa: My 1/8" axles on the original ESM air retracts are bending more and more each time I land. I would like to "grease" my landings every time, but!! I wish I could replace those axles, still...

Have you tried Futaba servos with the D&L sequencer? I talked with Ron and he suggested to use Futaba servos.

I just checked my balance using the Saito FG-57T engine and found out I will need approx. 59.6 oz. up front including flight and ignition batteries. Checked with landing gear up. Wow!

I suppose you could use the back side as the front side. You may need to apply some diluted exoxy to smooth up the rough side and then sand. Then you could spray it with Testors All Purpose Spray...

The Wike HDV7425's are manufactured by Wike, but I cannot find any reference to that company at all.

ARF Pros, LLC sells the original 4 1/2" wheels. They say not recommended for ESM electric retract, but you no longer have ESM electric retracts. May be a weight problem. Varify.

I noticed with mine that one wing trailing edge was longer or wider then the others. I had to use a Thin Cut Dremel blade to trim this one down to match the other one. Then sand or file to smooth...
