I just chatted with Banana Hobby's 'Elizabeth'...finally, after reporting to FTC and threatening to go to my states attorney, they replied they have cut and mailed my refund in a check.

On 2/12 I placed an order. On 2/16 my account was charged 180.44. They told me they had issued Visa a refund (which they have not yet even now done), in order to apply a discount of 7.50. Then...

I am filing reports to authorities about Banana Hobby's fraudulent transactions.
I'm resubmitting a compalint to LA BBB

Has anyone else been involved?
