You could use a watercooled Blata or Polini Pocket bike engine. I'm sure you could use an air cooled pocket bike engine in the right hull. The engine shown is a Polini pocket bike engine.

This is a 65 inch boat with a pocket bike engine...I'm sure you would have room.
