I'm still flying a 30V2, two 50V2s (one a scale MD530), 50 titan and a 90. Gotta say i worry every time I send one up considering the lack of parts availability nowadays.

Don't get me wrong, the Hobby Town had a ton of other models in stock, just no VXLs (in any flavor).

That's my line of thinking as well. I had a 'pede converted to brushless with a Novak 5800 system a few years ago and ran a Novak ESC fan on it.

Do you know for sure what the stock gearing is?
