I used to use them thats why I wanted to make my own, I can take mineapart only cost me $3 for50 hinges.

You are right, this was the first time I used them on a model and the hole is big, its a learning process thanks for pointing this out.

As stated in my opening post this is a mock-up, a show and tell thing, if you build your model like that its your problem.
