I', using 3 batteries and having the same problem. Ordered new tail motor and that fixed the problem, 10 flights later same problem again!

What kind of modifacations did you make? I am very interested in ordering this plane just can't find much info on how it flys. It sounds like in the viedo it takes full power just to hover. ...

Thanks for the advise. I finally figured out what I was doing wrong. I was not using the right channels. I had to use channel 5 as aux.
The reason I am using 2 servos in the tail is I have a zdz 40...

ZDZ 40 Choke Linkage

I have a zdz 40 and sure could use some advise on hooking up a choke linkage. The engine will be on a Great planes SU-31. Not much room to work with. I would like to see pictures if possible.
