Got me, yes, 3 oclock from the back, 9 oclock from the front, with the muffler down the bottom of the fuse.

I glue a piece of 1/8" aircraft ply about 1/2" wide by 1" long to the side of the fuse just behind the engine head. (head mounted at 3 O'clock when looking at it from the front). Then I drill and tap...
