Yes, easy to do on older, like my 8U, but I just reversed the spring, but the newer ones appear different.

Their Revolution 3D trainer gets lots of play in the forums, there is a very large thread about it on RC Groups. The Flash/Super Zoom would be another choice though not as durable as the Revolution.
