Well. it looks as if I will be down for monster planes/12 o'clock high this year. Going to the rally of eagles at Mac Hodges the weekend before, then down to Lakeland.

That wouldn't be Tim Nolan would it? If so, I met him years ago at the float fly at Shuswap Lake, here in B.C. I had the yellow 1/2 scale Spacewalker on floats.

That's what I did with my 40%. Took the total distance and 28% of that...flies very nicely....even Bill says so and he saw it at Monster Planes...lol

I tried to remove a test piece of 1/64 ply that I had ironed on, after an hour or so, and it tore the wood. As far as I'm concerned, the glue joint is as good either way.

Yellow covers well. IF...you paint the plane white first...in fact makes most colours brighter.
