Looks to me like you have the jigs in backwards. The thick part should be at the tip and the thin at the root.

For the added balsa, do you mean on the outside of the spar facing the elevators?

What is everyone using for rudder servo arm dimensions on a pull-pull setup?? Is a 3" SWB going to work or bigger??

What engine was this with? header/can or muffler? I am just getting all the stuff together to build mine.
