I was just at the Oshkosh museum where Art Scholl's Super Chipmunk is being displayed. It does not have retracts, it has the fixed gear like the photo on the Goldberg box. I'm not going with retracts...

Thanks for the input. Blackbird and I are kind of on the same page, we both want to move on from the trainer, while still fun to fly, it is getting old. And, we both don't want to waste...
