No, you are not but I would just bite the bullet and fix the canopy frame if possible. mine had a small crack but no big issue....sooner or later...

Jeff does supply the wood for the stab and all the formers are installed in the fuse so what is left for the wings could be cut with a scroll saw easily.

If it were me I would never run more than 4.8 volts on these motors plus it slows the speed which to me is one of the reasons I don't like air. I tested...
