Found the info I need thanks to the good folks at C&H ignitions and have the parts needed on the way. It turned out to be a Ralph Cunningham conversion and hope to have it up and running soon.

I think your correct in that it is a Yak 18PM instead of a 52. Thanks for pointing that out..
