Also true....but if I fly all day with it and do not have to recharge until I get home, I don't have to go thru removing the batteries at the field.

Matt,
The biggest advantage I have seen in using them with the jets is the fact that you can get a few more flights in compared to the NiCd or NiMh batteries, and I am no expert on them so others...

Oops...sorry, they are the 4800 7.4 v ECU battery and a 2400 7.4 v battery with regulator for the receiver.

OK guys, I have question. I just purchased two of the Li-ion packs from Graupner. I charged them at 1 amp on my Triton charger set for Li-ion. They never got over room temp and appear to be peaked...
