look at the throught of the carb and see if you see any dirt, if it looks clean, take out the glow plug, spray some wd in the carb and the head and turn it over a few times. put plug back in and...

take the engine out, take the backplate off, get a can of wd40 and spay it clean. put it back together and see how the compression is, if there is little to none then more than likely the engine is...
