15 times on the P-39. ouch. 3x with partall and a pva surface will make your plug and parts fall out, assuming you have no negative angels.

Hope all is well.

On the PVA, I would not alter it much. Use light to reflect off the areas that look dry and applyagain. Put 2 coats via spray gun. You will not lose any details. ...
