Not sure why the person was clearing it out... Likely just one to many kits in the basement.

Chassis was assembled, but the body wasn't finished... So I painted it up and will finish it tonite...

Heh, I was getting wheel-spin inside the tires though, so gluing probably would have helped that situation.

I never glued the tires on my original lunchbox!! They were so stiff they held up even to the SS4300.

HPI, Losi, Tamiya, PTI, Traxxas

No particular brand loyalty here, though I do prefer me some Losi's :D

Buy the kit, all you need to add is a transmitter/RX combo and some paint.

It includes a Speed Controller and Motor in the box.

I'm running a 19t on my TEU-101bk right now... Performance isn't spectacular, but it keeps on running.

Haven't really bothered to check the temp because I have another TEU-101BK new in the bag...

Yeah, it just seems unnecessary on the lunchbox... All I do is use it to beat up on and the tamiya plugs do just fine for that.

Running 1 of two battery packs I own that still has the tamiya...

That'd be a sweet "Return" of the Lunchbox! I'm curious to see how you mount the proline wheels on the rims... I'd like to put some 2.2's on the box if I could find a wheel that locked in the rear...

Took the ol'e box out for some testing, I replaced the Stock 540 can with an Epic 19t - Running it on the TEU-101bk.

Figure I'll run it until one or the other dies... Whew it's quick!

The funny thing about the lunchbox kit is that to replace parts runs almost as much as buying a fresh kit. ...

I'm running SLIGHT toe-out on the box. Very slight, but like I said, the difference was amazing.

I'd been putting it off because I hate pulling the ballends off and on...

The stock servo saver is very much to blame, it gives quite a bit when the lunchbox is bouncing through the grass.

Replace it with a Kimborough and you'll notice a difference in rough stuff for...
