ah... so sorry my friend, I don't have an NTC3 so you're gonna have to be the expert on this one, lol, i'm running the underdog of the nitro rc world, a Smartech... lol :D

there is a plunger like device on your fuel tank, depress it until you see your fuel reach the nozzle attached to the engine, press it two more times, and you're primed..

_Check your Throttle linkages from the servo
_pull off your air filter, check your throttle opening, should be within factory specs for a proper idle... not Wide open!
_check your HSN and reset...
