RE: gt2 pullstart

Out of 3 nitro kits including HPI and GT2, I never had any problem with pull-start but then, you shouldn't pull it all the way out. Just a few short & quick pulls would be enough.

Ok, I realised that there's no need to buy expensive charger just to charge receiver pack!

So I have just ordered Schumacher auto 1.2 to 12v main charger for only £9.50!

RE: Which charger for 6v receiver pack?

Never mind, I was going to get Pro-Peak 2500 when I saw some threads in UK forum about this charger's not suitable for NiMh! [:@] It is said to be peaking of 100mV that can reduce the life of NiMh...

RE: The best nitro for a 12 year old

If I were you, I would go straight for GT2, a better quality truck. I used to own HPI NMT and for the quality, GT2 is in different league, basically you get what you paid for.

RE: Futaba 2PL and servos recommended for GT2 RTR?

Ok, will try braking end-point but I think servo is still slow though.

Any idea of how much power/speed in servo needed for throttle and steering?

Does AE .15 engine idles hot?

AE engine in GT2 RTR is running hot on idling...if I run around at full throttle, engine is less hot which I find acceptable. High speed needle is 3 and quarter or half turns out instead of 2 half. ...
