The chances that this guy actually has true 7955's are slim and none and slim just left town!!!

There is no set release date at this time... I'm thinking July/Aug.

We've yet to test them in a crawler but I'll see about doing that.

It is true that when an electic motor is overheated it...

Dave- The test has no relation to actual R/C usage so it's hard to say. The 8711 does have more torque; we don't argue this but the 8611 & 5955 had always been considered to be about equal in terms...

TBM tested by using a digital scale that had almost zero travel. While the digital servos do develop their torque quickly, that testing method is so flawed because it does not allow the servo to...

The HFP-20 programmers have shipped but the servos will not be available until the first quarter of '08.

The simple explaination is that the servo will reduce the output power (torque) in order to prevent the servo from being damaged if overloaded.

These will not be availble until early '08. The main difference from the 59XX series is the resolution (2x) and the overload protection. You will however need the new HFP-20 programmer is you plan to...
