The gas tank is too high and is really hard to move down. I have been closing the throtthe trim all the way when fueling and that seems to work

I flew my saito 180 today with a pitts style muffler and one of the pipes comming out of the muffler broke off. I think it can be repaired by welding it back on. Is this common on 180's mounted...

I have a good balancer and I was told that I was balancing the prop wrong according to the guys at the field the prop should stop in any position and I was balancing it horrizonally only

Sorry it took so long to getr back but I am still at work and steeling some timt , I took the engine apart and cooked it in anti freez and it wotked great. it seems the problem was the valves needed...

It was rebulit by horizon and all was well till it ran backwards and heated up

I have a saito 180 that started backwards and ran at half throttle and got hot now it leakes fule and the crankshaft moves in and out more than before and I am getting a noise comming from around the...

I compaired these pics to the 150 that you sent me and the mounting holes arent the same also notice that I had the intake manifold mounted backwards in the first set of pics so I rotated it 180...

I checked the bearings and the front is 8mm thick, 10mm id and 26mm od the rear is 7mm thisk 17 mm idand 30 mm od Parker

The front bearing is a 6000LU and the rear is a 6903 Parker

The bearings are sealed in the front and open ball in the back, the bottom line here is the intake manifold if the 150 will fit I can rebuild the engine if not then I am out of luck. Parker

How can I tell which 120 I have? the intake for the 150 looks just like mine, I have a cast elbow with a stainless insert that connects the mounting nut to the cast elbow and that is where it has...

That list helps alot except the intake manifold,I have the cast style intake like that but will the 150 fit on my 120, Parker

Thanks, I also need the carb intake manifold mine is broken also gaskets and some carb parts, spray bar , high speed needle valve and velosity stack

The rear bearing came right out after heating, I started to order the parts I need and found out that this is a 120 not a 180 and the parts are hard to find, do you know where I can get a parts list...

Thanks for the tip. I will heat it up today. this is my first attempt to rebuild an engine and at this point in the project I am still full of confidence, we will see how I feel when I get it back...
