Mine had the fuel flow problem and the air bubbles at the needle valve,A perry remote needle valve fixed the air bubble problem and for fuel flow I went back to the factory muffler with baffle...

Kirk RC,
To get mine running well I used a fourstroke Perry Pump and a Perry aftermarket needle valve
