Found finally the phone number ! If somebody interested let me know. they still make all kinds of different kits with fiberglass fuse. I have seen the ultimate biplane, and it is very nice.

No, they are still out there ! I just bought a Ultimate from them a couple of weeks ago and need to contact them about it. The problem is that I cannot access their website, and misplaced the damned...
