I used the following pilot:

Then click on RAF Flight Lt Donald on right side. He is 12" tall full figure, 1/6 scale and fits perfectly with his boots remaining on....

Beautiful, Capt G! Where did you get your pilot? I can't find one. Looks like the tailwheel fairing cover is not installed. Is there a problem with that?

I am just starting to detail the P-40 cockpit and looking for a 1/5 scale WW II pilot. Any ideas for sources? Yes, I think a 12" pilot will be perfect. We might have to trim bottom of legs a little...

Top Flite P-40 Giant Scale

The TF 86" P-40 Warhawk is a pretty new ARF. Anyone starting on a build? I have one ordered from Tower. Just received the Robart retracts.
This will be my first giant scale.
