Hi, the ESC is a Pulso DLB-60 Opto that I brought on ebay last year...the battery pack is seven cell, GP 3700 or Grepow 3300.

My Kyosho dude also suffers a little problem with alignment, a bit of salt water came in through the motor shaft, I had fill the hull with pieces of sponge.
The better way is change to flex...

UMM...too much weight near the tail with the 4AA batteries...better choiche is put a ESC instead the stock servo-microswitch off-full throttle, then move the receiver battery pack in the front.;)

No it's no good, it's too small....don't check rpm data only, there is class type also....choose a motor that I mentioned above.

You can use 27mm to 31mm propeller, size depend to rpm/volt motor also, smaller prop 27 or 28 with a 3500 rpm/volt motor, I use a brushless Jeti Phasor motor 15/3 2500 rpm/volt with a 30mm x 1.4...

Graupner GR321 is the transmission (shaft+tube), shaft is 4mm mm and is required a new coupler 4-3,17mm or 4-5mm, depend by the motor's shaft diameter.

I means rpm/volt, I use a brushless Jeti Phasor 15/3, 2500 rpm/volt, 2500rpm x 8,4 volt (7 cells battery) = 21000 rpm and goes well.

Apart the board, the figure, the rudder (covered in titanium fibre and with new stainless steel shaft) and the motor mount I've changed everything like can you see in the pics!
