when i move it backwords and try to hold the purple gears it styll goes, wheni moveit forward it stopss

yeeh i arle ady took it apart and it styll the same, when you push the car forward manually, the gears move riight?, but for me it doesnt, i took it apart and i dont know waht to do no more

how come my 2 speed transmission gears arent moving on my rs4 evo, the car doesnt run, but the engine runs, anyone help?
